About Verbascum chaixii Vill.

Verbascum chaixii, commonly called the nettle-leaved mullein, is a flowering plant species belonging to the genus Verbascum. It is native to Spain, France, Italy (including Sicily), the former Yugoslavia, and Greece. This species is regarded as a good plant for attracting pollinators. Along with Verbascum bombyciferum, it is one of the parent species of the 'Pink Domino' cultivar, which has received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
