Natural Habitats

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, intermittent rivers, and intermittent freshwater marshes.

Geographic Range

Its distribution extends from central Sinaloa south along the Pacific lowlands to southern Oaxaca, and extends inland into the Balsas-Tepalcatepec Basin of the states of Guerrero, Morelos, and Puebla.

Elevation Range

It occurs at elevations ranging from sea level up to 1,332 meters.
