Geographic Range
It lives in Southeast Asia, occurring on Sumatra, Borneo, the Malay Peninsula, and various smaller islands including Tawi-Tawi in the Sulu archipelago, where it inhabits both rainforests and mangrove forests.
Social Structure
Bearded pigs live in family groups.
Reproduction
They become able to reproduce at 18 months of age, and they can crossbreed with other species in the family Suidae.
