Distribution
It is widespread in the Mediterranean Sea, Adriatic Sea, and Aegean Sea, and also occurs in the Sea of Marmara and the Black Sea.
Size
This species reaches a maximum total length of 4 centimetres, which is equal to 1.6 inches.
