About Veronica wormskjoldii Roem. & Schult.
Veronica wormskjoldii Roem. & Schult. is a rhizomatous perennial herb. It produces a mostly unbranched stem that grows decumbent to erect, reaching 25 to 40 centimeters (9.8 to 16 inches) tall, and the stem is covered in long hairs. Its leaves are arranged oppositely, measure 2 to 4 centimeters (0.8 to 1.6 inches) long, and do not have petioles. The inflorescence is a hairy, glandular raceme of flowers that grows at the tip of the stem. Each flower has hairy, lance-shaped sepals and a blue corolla up to one centimeter wide. Its fruit is a capsule around half a centimeter long that holds tiny flattened seeds.
