About Veronica alpina L.

Veronica alpina, commonly known as alpine speedwell or alpine veronica, is a flowering plant species belonging to the genus Veronica. It is native to a broad range of regions: Canada, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Svalbard, most of Europe, parts of Siberia, northern Pakistan, the western Himalayas, and Tibet. This species gives its name to the Veronica alpina species complex, which additionally includes the species V. bellidioides, V. copelandii, V. cusickii, V. nipponica, V. nutans, V. stelleri, and V. wormskjoldii.
