Native Distribution
This species is endemic to Brazil, and it is widely distributed across the Cerrado and Caatinga biomes.

Males reach a snout–vent length (SVL) of 104 mm (4.1 in), while females reach 85 mm (3.3 in) in SVL.
Tail Length
The tail of Tropidurus oreadicus measures 1.2 to 1.8 times the length of its snout–vent.
