Sphaerodactylus vincenti is distributed across the Windward Islands, with the exception of Grenada, the southernmost island in the island chain. It can be found specifically on the islands of Dominica, Martinique, Saint Lucia, and Saint Vincent.

Microhabitat

Its population reaches the highest density in moist, shaded leaf litter microhabitats. These microhabitats offer the geckos shelter, access to food sources, and protection from desiccation.
