Signigobius biocellatus, commonly called the Twin-spot Goby or Crab-eyed Goby, is a species of goby.
Habitat Distribution
It is native to the Western Pacific Ocean, where it occurs in lagoons and coastal bays with sand or silt bottoms, near cover such as rubble, coral, or leaf litter.
Depth Range
It lives at depths ranging from 1 to 30 metres, which is equal to 0 to 100 feet.
Size
This species grows to a maximum length of 7.5 centimetres (3.0 inches) measured along its standard length.
Human Use and Taxonomy
It is sold in the aquarium trade, and it is currently the only known member of the genus Signigobius.
