Pararchidendron pruinosum, commonly known as Snow-wood, is a small to medium-sized tree. It grows up to 15 metres tall, with a trunk that can reach 35 centimetres in diameter. Its reddish trunk and lacy pinnate leaves create a pleasing appearance. The trunk is cylindrical, with no buttressing at the base, and its bark is dark reddish brown, marked with corky pustules.
