Gobius roulei, commonly known as Roule's goby, is a species of goby fish.
Distribution
It is native to the eastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, and occurs at depths ranging from 320 to 385 metres (1,050 to 1,263 feet).
Size
This species can grow to a total length of 8 centimetres (3.1 inches).
Etymology
Its specific name honours French zoologist Louis Roule (1861–1942), who collected the type specimen of this species.
