About Corpuscularia lehmannii (Eckl. & Zeyh.) Schwantes
This species was previously published under the synonym Delosperma lehmannii. It is a compact succulent plant with hairless glaucous leaves that have a distinct triangular cross-section. The leaves are forked and three-angled, growing spaced out along stems: leaf length reaches up to 4 cm, most commonly 20โ25 mm, and leaf width ranges from 8โ10 mm. It produces many short, spreading stems. Its open flowers measure approximately 4 cm in diameter, with six sepals. The petals are translucent white to straw-colored, and get shorter toward the flower center. Fruiting capsules have 6 to 8 chambers. Seeds are 0.9โ1 mm long and 0.6โ0.75 mm wide.
