Amblyeleotris yanoi (first described by Aonuma & Yoshino in 1996) is a marine bottom-dwelling goby species that inhabits reef environments in the western Pacific Ocean. This is a small fish species, with males reaching a maximum total length of 13 centimetres (5.1 inches), while females reach a maximum total length of 5 centimetres (2.0 inches).
