About Trifolium glomeratum L.

Trifolium glomeratum is a clover species with the common names clustered clover and bush clover. It is native to Eurasia and North Africa, and has become an introduced species in other regions. It easily establishes itself in disturbed areas, where it often grows as a common weed. This species is an annual herb, growing with a growth form that ranges from decumbent to upright, and its foliage is mostly hairless. Its leaves are composed of oval leaflets that reach up to 1.2 centimeters in length. Its inflorescences form in leaf axils, and each inflorescence is a head-shaped cluster that holds many flowers. Each individual flower has a sepal calyx with triangular points that bend outward, and a pink corolla.
