About Trifolium cherleri L.

Trifolium cherleri, commonly known as cupped clover, is a species of flowering plant that belongs to the legume family Fabaceae. It is native to the Canary Islands, the Mediterranean region, and the Middle East, with its native range extending eastward to Iran. It has been introduced to Australia to be grown as forage. Three cultivars of this species, named 'Beenong', 'Yamina' and 'Lisare', have been developed in Australia.
