About Rapistrum perenne (L.) All.

Rapistrum perenne, commonly called perennial bastard cabbage, is a flowering plant species that belongs to the mustard family. It is native to an area spanning east, central, and southeast Europe, extending to the Caucasus. It has also been introduced to multiple other European countries. It was first collected in southeastern Saskatchewan in 1922, and has not been observed in that area since 1932. While it was introduced to North America, it did not become established as a persistent naturalized population, which differs from the related species Rapistrum rugosum.
