Geographic Distribution
Confirmed populations of this frog have been recorded in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Uganda, and it may also be present in Angola.
Natural Habitats
Its natural habitats include subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forest.
Threats
This species is threatened by habitat loss caused by deforestation.
