This species can be found across a range of Pacific regions, which include Sulawesi, Northern Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Tuamotu, the Marquesas Islands, the Pitcairn Islands, Hawaii, Indonesia, Fiji, Western Samoa, the Admiralty Islands, the Bismarck Archipelago, Tonga, Toga, Tegua, the Cook Islands, and Guam.
