Species Size
Odorrana leporipes is a relatively large frog species. Females can reach a snout–vent length of 102 mm (4.0 in).
Sex Identification Uncertainty
One reported individual measured 93 mm (3.7 in) was identified as male, but this sex identification is uncertain, and it is possible that the entire type series consists only of females.

Presumed Habitat
It is presumed to live near fast-flowing rivers and streams in montane tropical forest.
Conservation Knowledge Gaps
Neither threats to this species, nor its possible occurrence in protected areas, are currently known.
