Filicampus tigris, commonly known as the tiger pipefish, is a species of pipefish. It is the only confirmed member of the genus Filicampus.

Distribution

This marine fish is native to the waters surrounding Australia, where it lives at depths ranging from 2 meters (6.6 feet) to 27 meters (88.6 feet).

Size

The maximum recorded standard length of this species is 29.6 centimeters, or 11.7 inches.
