Native Range

This species is native to fresh, brackish, and marine coastal waters across the Indian Ocean and the western Pacific Ocean.

Habitat Preferences

It favors habitats with muddy or sandy substrates, which frequently feature weed growth.

Size

This species can reach a total length of 8.3 centimetres, equal to 3.3 inches.
