Elephantulus intufi, first described by A. Smith in 1836, is a species of elephant shrew (also called sengi) that belongs to the family Macroscelididae. It is commonly known as the bushveld elephant shrew or bushveld sengi.

Geographic Range

This species occurs in Angola, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa.

Habitat

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry shrubland and hot deserts.
