Arabian Peninsula Range
On the adjacent Arabian Peninsula, it has been recorded in Western Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and Southern Oman.
Type Locality
The designated type locality for the species is "on Jebel Shárr, at an altitude of 4500 feet ... Midian", which is located in Saudi Arabia at 1371 m altitude.
Habitat and Elevation Range
This species inhabits rocky deserts, found at elevations ranging from sea level up to 2,500 m (8,200 ft), and does not occur in sandy deserts.
