Aspidoscelis angusticeps, commonly called the Yucatán whiptail, is a species of teiid lizard.
Geographic Distribution
Its distribution covers Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize.
Subspecies and Descriptions
This species has two recognized subspecies: Aspidoscelis angusticeps petenensis, first described by BEARGIE & MCCOY in 1964, and Aspidoscelis angusticeps angusticeps, first described by COPE in 1877.
