Hesperalbizia is a genus of flowering plants in the legume family Fabaceae. This genus falls within the mimosoid clade of the subfamily Caesalpinioideae. Hesperalbizia contains only one species, Hesperalbizia occidentalis, which is also classified under the scientific name Albizia occidentalis Brandegee. This species is native to Mexico, and its common name is palo escopeta.
