Protologue Citations for Acleisanthes longiflora
Typification of the name Acleisanthes longiflora: In the protologue, Gray (1853) cited collections including Wright 599, Wright 1704, Riddell and Lindheimer (from Texas), and Gregg (from Northern Mexico). Exsiccatum no. 599 (barcode GH 00037284) is a combination of two of Wright’s original materials, nos. 928 and 310.
