Zanclognatha marcidilinea, commonly known as the yellowish zanclognatha, is a litter moth belonging to the family Erebidae. This species was described by Francis Walker in 1859, and is officially cited as Zanclognatha marcidilinea Grote, 1872. It is distributed in North America, ranging from Nova Scotia to Missouri, and extending south to Florida and Arkansas. The wingspan of this moth measures approximately 28 millimetres, which equals 1.1 inches. Adult moths are active in flight from April through July. Its larvae are thought to feed on dead leaves, including cottonwood leaves.
