Xenosoma flaviceps is a moth species that belongs to the subfamily Arctiinae. It was first formally described by Francis Walker in 1865. This species is distributed across northern Mexico (specifically in San Luis Potosí) and southern Mexico, with its known range extending from at least Chiapas into Guatemala and Costa Rica. One single specimen of this moth was collected in Alamo, Texas in 2012.
