Viola arvensis Murray is an herbaceous annual seed-reproducing plant that grows to 20 centimeters tall. It has serrated leaves and dehiscent seed capsules. Most of its flowers are completely white on all petals except the bottom one, though some flowers have a faint purple tinge on their upper petals.
