Vigethia is a genus of Mexican flowering plants that belongs to the tribe Heliantheae in the plant family Asteraceae. Only one species in this genus is known to science: Vigethia mexicana, commonly named the Mexican green-eyed sunflower. This species is native to the State of Nuevo León, located in northern Mexico.
