About Uvularia puberula Michx.

Uvularia puberula, commonly known as mountain bellwort, is a plant species native to the eastern United States. It is common across Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia, as well as adjacent areas of northern Georgia, eastern Tennessee, eastern Kentucky, and southern Pennsylvania. Isolated populations of the species have been recorded in southern Georgia, northern Alabama, southern New Jersey, and Long Island, New York. Uvularia puberula is a perennial herb that produces 1 to 3 pale yellow flowers on each stem.
