Utricularia intermedia, commonly known as the flatleaf bladderwort or intermediate bladderwort, is a small perennial carnivorous plant in the genus Utricularia. It most often grows attached to a substrate, but it can also survive when suspended freely in a body of water. This species is circumboreal in distribution, and can be found growing in North America, Asia, and Europe.
