Udea decrepitalis is a species of moth in the Crambidae family. It was first described by Gottlieb August Wilhelm Herrich-Schäffer in 1848. This moth is found across most of Europe, with the exception of Iceland, Ireland, the Iberian Peninsula, Benelux countries, Denmark, Greece, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, and Ukraine; its range extends eastward into Russia. The wingspan of adult Udea decrepitalis ranges from 23 to 27 millimeters. Adults are active in flight from May through July. The larvae of this moth feed on Dryopteris carthusiana.
