About Tricholoma sejunctum (Sowerby) Quél.

The cap of Tricholoma sejunctum ranges from 3 to 8 centimeters (1+1⁄4 to 3+1⁄4 inches) wide, with a greenish-brownish yellow color and a slightly moist surface. Dark fibrils are present on the cap near its center. Both the gills and stipe are whitish-yellow; the stipe can grow up to 10 centimeters (4 inches) long. This species has an odor that ranges from mild to mealy, and a taste that ranges from mild to unpleasant. In North America, Tricholoma sejunctum is found on the Northwest coast and in the eastern region.
