Thlaspida biramosa is a species of beetle belonging to the Chrysomelidae family. It is distributed across China, including the provinces or regions of Anhui, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Zhejiang, as well as Taiwan, India, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, North Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. Adult Thlaspida biramosa have an elliptical body shape. Their pronotum is chestnut brown, and their elytral disc is strongly tumid, marked with coarse punctures that are arranged in regular longitudinal rows.
