About Taxandria parviceps (Schauer) J.R.Wheeler & N.G.Marchant
Taxandria parviceps (Schauer) J.R.Wheeler & N.G.Marchant is an erect shrub that typically grows 3 to 4 metres (10 to 13 ft) tall. It blooms between July and October, producing masses of small white flowers. This species has dense, aromatic foliage. It is hardy, drought tolerant once established, and can tolerate light frosts, making it suitable for cultivation as an ornamental garden shrub. It is most often found along the edges of seasonally-wet areas on sand dunes and flats. Its natural range extends along coastal regions from Western Australia's South West region into the Great Southern region, where it grows in loamy, sandy or clay soils over quartzite or granite.
