About Taractrocera ina Waterhouse, 1932
Taractrocera ina, commonly known as the ina grassdart or no-brand grass-dart, is a butterfly species belonging to the family Hesperiidae. This species is found in scattered localities across northern, central, and eastern Australia, ranging south to western New South Wales, and also occurs in Papua New Guinea. Adults have a wingspan of approximately 20 millimeters. The larvae of Taractrocera ina feed on the following plant species: Cymbopogon citrata, Paspalum urvillei, Urochloa decumbens, Sorghum verticilliflorum, Paspalum conjugatum, Panicum maximum and Oryza sativa. Larvae build a tubular shelter from the leaves of their host plant.
