Synedrella is a genus of flowering plants that belongs to the family Asteraceae. Only one known species is recognized within this genus, which is Synedrella nodiflora. This species is native to South America, Central America, Mexico, the West Indies, and Florida. It has become naturalized across much of Asia, northern Australia, a number of Pacific Islands, and tropical Africa. Common names for Synedrella nodiflora include nodeweed and Cinderella weed.
