Sympistis greyi is a species of moth in the family Noctuidae. It was first described by James T. Troubridge and Lars G. Crabo. This moth is found in western North America, ranging from British Columbia south through central Washington and central Oregon. The species is named in honor of L. Paul Grey. Its wingspan measures approximately 30 mm, and the length of its forewings is 12–14 mm.
