Stipagrostis sabulicola, commonly known as the Namib dune bushman grass, is a grass species that is endemic to the dunes of the Namib desert. This perennial grass can grow as tall as 200 centimeters. It has an extensive network of shallow roots, which lets it collect water from fog and dew in addition to collecting water from rain.
