About Stictocardia beraviensis (Vatke) Hallier fil.

Stictocardia beraviensis (Vatke) Hallier fil. is a rapidly growing perennial vining plant species that belongs to the Convolvulaceae plant family. It is native to West Africa and Madagascar. This species is widely cultivated in other regions, valued for its soft, cordate leaves and attractive red flowers. It is most commonly known as Hawaiian bell vine, but this common name is a misnomer because the species is not actually native to Hawaii.
