Sparganothis distincta, commonly called the distinct sparganothis moth, is a moth species that belongs to the family Tortricidae. This moth is found in North America. Its distribution range extends from Kansas and Ohio northeast to Maine and New Brunswick, south to Florida, and west to Texas, Arizona, and Utah. The wingspan of Sparganothis distincta measures 22–23 mm. The larvae of this species are leaf tiers that feed on plants from the Solidago genus.
