Solanum triquetrum Cav., commonly called Texas nightshade, is a species of flowering plant belonging to the Solanaceae family. It is native to Texas in the United States and northeastern Mexico. This perennial plant typically grows 1 to 2 feet (30 to 60 centimeters) tall, but can reach up to 7 feet (2 meters) when it has a support structure to climb on.
