Sisyrinchium bermudiana L., commonly called Bermudiana, or blue-eyed grass (a name shared with other species in its genus), is a flowering plant in the genus Sisyrinchium, which belongs to the iris family. This species is native to Bermuda, an Atlantic archipelago that is a British Overseas Territory, and to the island of Ireland. The plant emerges and blooms during the spring. It has served as a totemic flower for Bermudians, and can be found represented in art, jewellery, banknotes, and other contexts.
