Scrophularia villosa Pennell is a species of flowering plant in the figwort family, with the common name Santa Catalina figwort. This plant is endemic to the Channel Islands of California, and is only found on Catalina Island and San Clemente Island. It grows in the coastal sage scrub and chaparral habitat types. It is a shrub that reaches between one and two meters in height.
