Scopula quadrilineata, commonly called the four-lined wave, is a moth species belonging to the family Geometridae. This species is native to North America. Its distribution ranges from Nova Scotia to Saskatchewan and the adjacent bordering areas of the United States; in eastern North America, its range extends south as far as North Carolina. Populations have also been recorded in British Columbia. The wingspan of Scopula quadrilineata measures 20–22 mm.
