Scopula incanata is a moth species that belongs to the family Geometridae. Its geographic range extends from northeastern Europe and the Caucasus, east to southern Siberia and northern Mongolia. The wingspan of this moth measures 25 to 28 millimeters. Adults emerge and are active from late July through August, producing one new generation per year. The larvae of this species feed on plants from the Thymus and Polygonum genera. Larvae are present from August through May, and the species overwinters in its larval stage.
