Scleranthus biflorus (J.R.Forst. & G.Forst) Hook.fil. is a spreading, moss-like plant with dense, bright green linear leaves that are approximately 4mm long. It produces tiny, double-headed green flowers during late spring. This species can be propagated either through division or from seed. It is susceptible to damage from the fungus Rhizoctonia, which causes dead brown patches to develop on the plant.
