Schinia cupes Grote, 1875 is a moth species belonging to the family Noctuidae. This moth can be found in an area ranging from Texas westward to New Mexico, and northward to Kansas and Colorado. Its wingspan reaches approximately 30 mm. Adult moths are active between March and June. A smaller second generation of adults also flies from late July through September. The larvae of this species feed on Camissonia claviformis and Castilleja exserta.
