Salix phlebophylla, commonly called the skeletonleaf willow or skeleton-leaf willow, is a species of flowering plant belonging to the family Salicaceae. It has an amphi-Beringian distribution. It is a prostrate shrub that grows to a maximum height of only 1.5 inches (4 centimeters). Its small leaves remain on the plant until only their withered brown veins are left.
